Professional. Excellent customer service — responds quickly to questions or concerns. We feel like we are in good hands. We are very happy with our returns and sleep well at night. A hard combination to find, especially in these times.
Working with Zach and Mike has been incredible — they're super knowledgeable and took the time to explain how investing with them works. I went from being really skeptical to really confident investing with them, and look forward to continuing to do so. Highly recommend!
A few years ago I was looking for different ways to diversify my investment strategy. Having known Zach since college I did not hesitate to reach out. Being cautiously optimistic on my first deal, Zach walked me through the process and facilitated one of the easiest investment deals I've ever made. A few years and multiple deals later, I keep going back for more!
We had some extra cash earning interest in a savings account and wanted to put it to good use. However, we also wanted to diversify our investments beyond the stock market. That's when we came across the REI Capital Guys. They easily alleviated any reservations we had about private lending. It has proven to be a reliable source of income, and we're definitely considering increasing our investment in the near future.
We have been investing with Zach for several years now and have recommended him to several close friends and family members. He is very professional, responds quickly, and genuinely cares about his investors. Highly recommend!
I was given the opportunity to work with REI Capital Guys over the past year and I have never been more pleased. The experience I have received in just a short period of time has been one of the smoothest processes I was guided through. When it comes to expanding your portfolio, REI Capital Guys knows how to get it done.
This is a solid, hands-off investment opportunity with consistent returns for those who would like to invest in Main Street instead of Wall Street. Zach and Mike are very responsive to any questions, and I am very happy with my investment returns.
We have been investing with Zach and Mike for almost a year and a half now. They have been excellent — very helpful and professional answering all of our questions and helping us navigate the process. We both trust them and feel that they care and value their investors' hard-earned money. We are both very happy with our returns and highly recommend their company.
Being one of Zach's first investors has brought growth and stability beyond what I expected, allowing me to sit back and watch my investment grow with true peace of mind.

has been a private lender since 2020. Zach has a background in software development and finance. He graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2016 with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Business, and later earned his MBA from the University of New Hampshire, with a specialization in Finance.
After five years as a software engineer, Zach transitioned to Product Management. During his time in software, he led a team in developing a Business Process Management solution overseeing engineers from the United States, India, and Poland.
Always wanting to have his own business, Zach ventured into private lending, originating loans of various sizes and developing systems to manage the loan portfolio efficiently. He also provided feedback on a friend’s private lending book, drawing on his experience in the field. He started lending his own capital, but after a few loans with his own money, friends and family became interested in participating in private lending, and his business grew from there.
Outside of work, he and his wife, Ella, volunteer with Guiding Eyes for the Blind, raising and training seeing-eye dog puppies. During his downtime, Zach enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and skiing, as well as working on his rural New Hampshire property. He also offers real estate development consulting services, focusing on analysis and underwriting for commercial buildings and ground-up developments. Zach is also an elected member of the Planning Board of his small town in New Hampshire.
is an experienced entrepreneur and real estate investor who has built successful businesses across several industries. Since 2017, he’s been focused on providing personal capital to real estate investors, earning a strong reputation for delivering safe, reliable returns.
Mike first jumped into real estate by partnering with experienced pros on joint ventures. He would provide the funding for renovations, and they would split the profits. In 2019, he pivoted to lending his capital to seasoned residential fix-and-flip operators. Things really took off in 2021 when a good friend and fellow business owner asked for a secure way to invest his money in real estate. That conversation sparked the idea for a community of investors who now lend personal capital to operators who purchase, rehab, and sell both residential and commercial properties. Together, they’ve funded loans of all sizes, from $15,000 to $2.4 million.
Before his work in real estate, Mike’s career was dedicated to helping people. After studying economics at New York University, he worked at a residential facility for sexually and physically abused kids, managed a group home for adults with intellectual disabilities, and served as a mental health worker at a psychiatric
hospital. This experience gave him a deep understanding of human behavior, which became the foundation for his first company — a medical alert systems business that he and a partner sold to a public company ten years later.
After taking five years off, Mike started his second business in the construction industry, focusing on property damage repair. He grew it into a company that handled around 250 jobs a year before selling it in 2017.
Today, Mike’s goal is to start and self-fund a nonprofit for kids who “age out” of foster care and government facilities. He plans to offer experience-based training in mindset, how the brain works, finance, nutrition, exercise, and entrepreneurship to give them the hands-on skills they need to thrive.
